Donations by Check:

• Individual Pledge: If you wish to support our ongoing mission, you are encouraged to donate by check either monthly, quarterly, or annually.  Please indicate "personal donation" or "pledge" in the memo portion of your check.
• Memorial Gift or Tribute:  To ensure we properly acknowledge you and those you are honoring please remit the following information and enclose it with your check before mailing:
